Tormoen Hickey LLC is led by Lisa Tormoen Hickey, but the practice is "on hold" due to Lisa's full-time employment as Senior Regulatory Attorney for her client, the Interwest Energy Alliance, a non-profit 501(c)(C) trade association of renewable energy developers and manufacturers working with the leading environmental non-governmental organizations working in the Intermountain West to promote the growth of the renewable energy markets.

Lisa has practiced law for over 35 years, primarily in Colorado and Wyoming.  Her practice previously included representation of the Interwest Energy Alliance. in addition to representing commercial real estate investors and business interests. Her primary focus has been the interplay between business and government in regulated markets.
